Please do not send passport copies, payment-card details or medical records with an initial enquiry. Describe general access or pacing needs only to the extent needed to discuss a suitable trip.

What an enquiry means

Safari and tour operators handle trip enquiries. Sending a message does not reserve rooms, hold a price or confirm a booking. Any trip arrangement needs its own written details, availability confirmation and the terms of the named contracting provider.

The form displays an on-screen acknowledgement when it reports receipt. There is no promised response time. Keep a copy of your message; if the form shows an error or no acknowledgement, email the address above and mention that you attempted the form. Avoid including sensitive information in an error report.
